Volunteer Requirements

Prospective volunteers go through the following steps prior to joining our volunteer force

• Complete an application and provide references
• Mandatory criminal background check for all volunteers
  aged 18 years and older
• Volunteer orientation and tour
• On the job training with an experienced volunteer

Ronald McDonald House volunteer
Anyone aged 16 years and older may apply for volunteer service. Youth volunteers between the ages of 12-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Volunteers under the age of 12 may participate through their community, school or church. We ask that volunteers work regularly scheduled shifts, but we do allow for some flexibility of scheduling.
